There is no banner on this site asking you to accept cookies, and that is not an oversight. A banner is required when a site sets cookies you have not asked for — advertising, tracking, third-party analytics. This site sets none of those, so there is nothing to ask you about.
What is stored
- A sign-in cookie. It keeps you signed in, and it carries no identifier until you sign in. It is marked
HttpOnly,SecureandSameSite, which means no other website and no script on this page can read it. - A small amount of storage in your browser for the bio-data form, so that a half-finished answer survives a closed tab or a dropped connection. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere except as part of the form itself.
What is not
No advertising network, no social media pixel, no Google Analytics, no session recording, no cross-site tracking of any kind. Nothing on this site reports what you looked at to anybody outside it.
If we ever add analytics
We would use a service that measures pages rather than people — no cookie, no identifier, nothing that follows you to another site — and this page would say so. If we ever needed something that did require your agreement, we would ask for it properly rather than assume it from a banner you dismissed.
